Rajalakshmi speaks a very clear and understandable English (that's important to me as I'm not English mother-tongue) and goes at just the right pace. She makes sure each important concept soaks in by taking the time to explain the context and the cross-references among all the SAFe components at different levels. She encouraged me to raise my hand whenever I had a question and always tried to answer to the best of her knowledge.
